Johan Bergström, Transformer
Transformer is a company consisting of Peter Pinzke and Johan Bergström – a practical-minded skateboarder and a culinary composer. Both are trained design engineers from Malmö University and have been creating award-winning product designs, home interiors and service design since the company’s start in 2004. Their office lies in the medieval part of central Malmö. To Transformer, design means creating with heart as well as mind; it means surprising and pleasing the viewer without forgetting the ever-important user. For the Sagaform name, Transformer has developed salad utensils and a pasta server with a parmesan grater.
